Zeke2007's truck is a good example of how to make black rims look good on a truck.

In general, I do not like black rims...but if you make your whole truck consistent it can look nice.

As your truck sits now, those black rims look bad. I'd go back to stockers or get rid of ALL chrome possible.

If you are going to go with some stock wheels. I would move up to the 17s. Everyone seems to like those more than the old ones, I know I do. Truck looks good, but I'm def not a fan of the rims.

I bet it runs good too!

Shame on the guy who sells wax to tell you your paint doesnt look good, **** poor sales strategy IMO.


I think some 17'' stock GMC alum wheels would look great on that truck and give it a sleeper look.

Thanks for all the inputs. I am going to get the chrome molding pulled off and looking to get a set of chrome 20 so it will all look consistent. But that will be after I sell these black ones. But may decide to do another scheme.

And back with the stockers and colored matched handles and 03+ tail lights
