well, the original owner DID take care of it.....however the original painter was a loser that could not paint ****.....once it started to flake the original owner gave up on it and started over.....I heard the original owner tossed it in the trash, where did you find it?

Sorry Moregrip, I think the original was trying to race me and when he was behind me my tires kicked up some rocks and chipped the bumper. If I would have known it was going to wind up in your hands I would have taken it easy on him
