Default interior paint/dye for pillars

does anyone know if they make a paint in a spray can that matches the texture and color or the factory pillars for the charcoal grey color of our trucks? looking to do a 2 pod gauge pillar but it comes black and want it painted to match my truck's interior

Have you checked into any SEM products? they have some stuff called Color Coat or Classic Coat for use on vinyl and plastic. I've been meaning to give that a try on my lower valance.

SEM will be your best bet,my truck has the bluish grey interior and my local paint store could not get my color in an spray can.I had to have a pint mixed and spray it with a gun.The color was dead on and is holding up great.

Colorbond kicks *** too. I just re-sprayed my pillar and did my interior panels with it, turnene, it turned out nice!

Alligator perf. has interior paint for pillars on his site, check it out for some ideas. I found buying straight from colorbond though was cheaper.

thanks for the info, I wanted to get some SEM but not sure which of their colors would match up with the GM charcoalish color . I wouldnt mind using a spray gun (I paint for a living) but Im not sure how the finish would match up with the factory finish, I know I could add a duller to the clear to give it a dull finish but I want to keep it as close to factory looking as I can.

If mine were a little more dull they would be spot on,cant tell if it's the paint or the other parts being ten years old.
