for the door panels just pull the old stuff off, clean it up really good especially in the cracks, shot some 3M super 90 on it, let it sit for a few minutes to get tacky then lay your suede down. i used a butter knife/tooth pick to press the suede into the cracks then when it dried cut the extra off
