Impala SS rims on my 1998 Chevy truck

I saw this truck at school that was just like mine with these rims on it and is looked sweet! are that a direct fit? I hear that sdapters are dangerous? Where can i get these rims?

they are a direct fit. 5 on 5 and their isa version for the 6-lug wheels also. there's a company in chevy high tech performance that advertises them.
