hre 541rs like you posted in a 20x9 according the the prices i found are about 1500 per wheel
you probably dont need 20x11, you could go 20x9 in the rear.

in that case it would be no big deal to go 19's all around the 9.5 wide the same company makes them but i dont think they would fill the wheel well as good as twenties witha 2/4 drop

Why would you want to go through the hastle of coverting to a 5-lug setup when it is ultimately weaker than any 6-lug setup? This is PERFORMANCEtrucks.net afterall.
