Looks great!!! How did you get all black interior? I noticed the console is black and the cab panels are graphite. I don't know why GM painted over a black molded plastic, paint chips off no matter what.

I feel you I am 6'8'' and 260 so fitment is always an issue being a normal sized guy in a world full of midgets.

I would like to see some pics of the brackets you made if possible.

Here is some more pics, I wish I cleaned it up before taking these pics, but oh well. I am not done with the mounting brackets, I have some cosmetic work still to do but here you go. I originally used the jegs brackets part# 55570255, they are crap (to thin). Oh! The seat belts are not faded like they look in the pic's, I don't know why they look like that, anyways...

Where did you get the seats? Oh, and how much do they weigh compared to the stockers?

The seats cost $58 for two seats with the sliders. I got them on ebay. I couldn't believe it my self. Shipping was the kicker, I think it was $155. I typed in racing seats for silverado and these came up. Very comfortable. I think we should have a bay area meet. The radio is a rockford fosgate cd, dvd player. I really like it because it does everything I need it to do and it has a 5 volt preout for a real clean sound from your amps. Thanks for the props guys. I'll take pics of where the AC controls are today.

I weigh my self 250, and then grabed the stock seat, steped on the scale, 302lbs. So the stock seat weighs 52lbs. that is a manual seat. I did the same with the racing seat and I was 276. So the racing seat weigh 26 lbs. Not bad, it was half the weigh. It is not the best way to weigh the seats, but it gives me an idea.

Not bad though, half the weight.

Man, that's a really nice truck! The 6spd looks like it came direct from the factory like that!

I had them put the ac controls in the glove box, and put my gauges where the ac controls were.
