One thing that Stewart pointed out is that the power ball mini is much easier to use than the big powerball. I used the big one and wasn't impressed, then TX told me the mini worked well (didn't even know there was a mini). Stewart, where did you get the x-treme polish and protectant? That's supposed to be like a more affordable version of zoops?

I use a powerball with billet polish quickly. The shine isnt very good at all at this point. Then I go over them spending about 5min on each wheel with Gords Aluminum Polish by hand. The results are amazing! Much better than any chrome wheels Ive seen.

i wash mine, dry them, use some stuff i got from the navy to clean them, then use the mothers powerball and polish and they come out good. make sure when you wash your wheels to do it when they are cool or if they are hot, make sure you dry them yourself vs air dry. they will get water spots bad.

i got the x-treem from ebay. im not sure if its suposed to be like zoops...its probably more of a wax made for billet. i plan to use the x-treem to get off the really heavy stuff then go over it with the power ball mini with mothers billet polish to really bring out the bling. the x-treem takes 90% of the elbow grease out of the job. i heard gords polish is awesome too.

the powerball mini worked awesome on my old boyd coddingtons cuz they were smoothe all over...the eagle 219's are slowly chewing up my powerball because theres alot of sharp edges and tight corners. andrew, i would take back the ball to wherever you bought it (satisfaction guaranteed) and use that money for x-treem or gords polish. sorry, i didnt know these wheels were so tight and sharp

Try BLUEMAGIC. They sell it a local parts stores like Autozone, Orielly's, and so on. It comes in a small plastic can that has a blue metalic sticker on it. I used it for over 3 years and that is without a doubt the best. Good luck.

i bought the full Zoop's sealer kit, but haven't done the full treatment yet,
I did use the cleaner part of the kit and it BLEW me away as far as taking all the crude and dullness off the wheels. it is amazing stuff and the rims shine real good with this, but to keep the shine you gotta put the sealer on.
I won't have time to do the full treatment until the fall when i put my winter wheels on
very much recommended but not cheap, the sealer is supposed to last 2-3 years so
reduces the elbow grease once it's on there.
i do have polished alum cnterlines by the way.
