It's a 3157 bulb. I'm rockin the amber ones in both my DRL and signal.

 

yea it's a drl. Just pull up to the glass doors of a store and you'll see em on. then they'll shut off when you put it in park.

I put a diode in so that they come on with my headlights.

 

I pulled the relay cause I think there gay!!

 

i pulled mine also...they torment me.... lol

 

I just override them when I start it. I have always done this since I bought the truck. I hate seeing the trucks go down the highway with one burned out.LOL

 

Same here for some reason i like the amber its bright and stands out on my white truck mine haven't burned in a while knock on wood.

 

I swapped out my bulbs for ambers also, looks nicer IMO

 

yes, 3157s or 4114s will work, also 3157A (amber version)

i think the orange looks sweet, i believe i have started a trend here locally, i am starting to see a lot of them with orange dtrls... now i need to change it up again

 

I bought a set of 4114's and the bayonet is diffrent on them.... any ideas?
