Default Hotchkis suspension

Hey i was wondering if anyone has used any hotchkis suspension to lower their truck. I know they make good stuff for the f-body but i dont know anyone that has used their stuff for the newer 1500s. I would like to know how well the ride is compaired to stock and what kind of shocks are you useing

I'm a happy Hotchkis user. I'd definitely buy thier drop again without question. The ride got a little choppier but nothing too drastic, at least too me. I'm still using the stock shocks. They're about to be changed though.

Thanks for the info man. I really like the way your truck sits and the wheels are badass. Have you noticed any improved performance in the handeling of your truck. I hate the way my truck rolls in corners and how much the brakes suck so i think im just going to order the Hotchkis TVS and some shocks and call it a day and will worry about brakes as soon as i get some wheels

Same setup here!
Hotchkis - Front Coils
Hotchkis - Rear Leaf Springs
Hotchkis - Front and Rear Swaybars
Edelbrock IAS's

The kit is awsome. It will feel like a differant truck!

I have had my Hotchkis/Doetsch Tech along with Hotchkis rear bar for a little over two years now. Mine rode great for the first year or so then has progressively gotten worse. Here lately it has gotten to where it rides like boo-boo. I am going to pull out my shocks and see if they may be the problem though. Or... maybe I am just getting old cause sometimes I think my exhaust is too loud too.

Springs and Leafs here
Complete kit
Well made - good quality
Ride - little rougher in the rear than I expected - add IAS in the rear
Will prob add IAS in the front too.
I would buy another kit

I just installed my hotchkis springs this past weekend, it rides pretty good but does seem a little stiff in the back. Maybe some new shocks will improve the ride some, I'm thinking EDELBROCKS!
