you can add a diode in the fuse box under the hood.

or add a relay, and use the high beam as the switching means for the relay

Hey that cluster and dash looks just like mine....

I have 6500k on Hi's, Lo's, and just wired the ride for HID fog lights.(yes I did the wiring).

Id really like to know how to wire my fogs lights so I can turn them on and off while my high beams are on

I want to keep my lows on when I switch on my highs. But I have HID lows. Will this cause a blink in power and reheat lows?

Take the ground wire coming off your low beams, and cut or splice it. Permanetly "ground it" to the core support/frame/battery or whatever. It just needs to be grounded 24/7

make or buy a relay kit for the HIDs - how - SEARCH !

yes you can do it without a relay, but it makes a drop in power with the HIDs - the stock wiring is small and weak.
