Help with "sun damaged" paint?
#11
I would do the dawn wash, buff then wax. I have used a few different products but like to use Meguires m105/m205 on a Porter Cable dual action buffer.
Good buffing compounds are sold at Autobody paint stores or online.
For wax there are lots of options, a good one you can find almost anywhere is meguires nxt2.0

I personally use Natty's paste.

Well it's good as new! After having it buffed and giving it a wax this morning, I can't tell it was ever hazed up!
I used the NXT2.0 wax since everyone said it was the best "off the shelf". For future reference, what's a really good quality/long lasting wax and where do I get it?

I really like Natty's Paste as well and it's what I'm currently using although it's not known for its longevity. It is a great sealant that you can apply several coats, but you have to put it on every month or so especially when it's hot.
