Does anyone know how to get a new one. This is not a servicable piece from the dealership.

Would a cluster shop sell one of these to a private party? Anyone have any information?

Yeah, what he said. I called around to the salvage yards I deal with and they won't sell the cluster due to mileage issues, but if necessary, they would let me get the clear plastic if needed.
