Hey guys, well a local member has found painted handles in my color in tahoe and escalade handles.

I am looking for some opinions on which you guys think would look better?

I like them both, but on your color the Escy handles look great IMO, thats what i have.

 

I think if your going to keep the chrome side moldings then go with the esky handles, if your going to take off the moldings then go with the tahoe moldings. I went with the esky handles cause I kept the chrome side moldings. i think they accept each other

 

keep in mind my truck is steel gray, not silver

 

and your point? Do you mean you cant get factory painted escy handles? i still think they will look great on your truck. But if you can find a color matched factory set i'd do that. Painted is way better than the factory dull black IMO.

 

i had to reread what you originally said, sorry. i read it so fast that for some reason it seamed like you said you and i had the same color. sorry, ive been working 14 hours now and my brain is fried.


And yes the handles will come painted to match in either.

Do the Escalade handles!

 

I'm not a fan of the esky handles, too much bling. A good rule of thumb is a light truck needs esky handles, and a dark truck needs tahoe handles. You could go either way, though tahoe would look better

 

I bought the Painted Tahoe handles, but they've been sitting on the floor here for about 2 months! I was unsure too, but I have a set of those cheesy PUTCO chrome covers that a guy gave me when I bought my leather interior, and figured I might just use the center handle part on these painted ones....??? I'm gonna get 'em on first (one day) and then just sit the covers on there and see which looks best. I'm back and forth right now.
