Default help with autometer gauges

Is there any way you can use a auxillary switch to shut down cobalt autometer gauges or any led gaue? The reason is they might be too bright at times.. soo just wondering if a aux. switch would be able to turn them on and off.. any help guys thankx

I am not sure, but if you wire it into the dash lights wire, it will cut voltage to it, when you use the dimmer, not sure if the leds work like that but would think they do..
