Default Headlights hazey and interior windshield is filmy

ARGH!

Anyone have any idea how to permanently stop the interior of my windshield from getting a greasy film on it? I do not use any type of cleaner on the dash so I'm not sure what is causing this.

Secondly, my headlights have a haze on the exterior that I can buff out but it comes back pretty soon. Anyone have experience with fixing this?
