anyone installed these yet?, i havent had a chance to look at them but my dad was installing them and the halogen is supposed to go on top since they are dual filament( or does it not matter?) is so then my bulbs are the same when you twist one in the right way the otherside puts the halogen bulb on the bottom. any ideas?
