Default Guage lights

I want to the backgroung lights of my guage cluster to be blue. I want to keep the black background, I just want the lights to be blue. Also the ones one the A/C controle head. How do I do this? Do I have to change out some light bilbs or something?

there are many threads, if its for the 05, you have to solder new leds in place of the old ones

you have to put a resistor with the leds but i believe the ones from superbrightleds.com already have the resistor soldered on
