Default gps where the airbag switch is

has anyone put a handheld GPS unit like a tomtom in the spot where the passenger air bag switch under the radio? any pics? i was looking at the tomtom one 3rd edition which is 3.5 inchs.

Sounds like a good spot for visibility if you can make it look nice and integrated and not obtrusive like a taxi cab meter lol
