I just put a set of those wheels on my truck to. A guy i work with wanted my stock chrome steelies, so i told him trade me and its history.

They look really good! But still stock to the naked eye.

Looks Great!!! I have those same tires on Avalanche wheels on my '02 in the 275/60. I didn't know they made a 285/60.....I have to look into those. IMO, the Falkens are way better than Proxes!!! My Proxes lasted 23k miles....I have 35k + on my Ziexs and still have some tread left. They hook like the Nitto NT-450s i used to have.

i was just lookin around playing with different tire sizes, found the 285 and was like

well they dont hook, but im goin to let some air out and see what they can take.
Went to the short track Saturday night and rolled the throttle really slow and stayed side by side with Lownslo06 he had his DRs on.

Got a 1.86 60' on my slicks spinning tho.. 8# boost and it started spinning so i let out and hammered on it at the last yellow light and it just hopped skipped and jumped for a lil ways. but managed a 6.9@78mph.. my best is a 6.85 on 6# and 50 shot.

Got to learn how to get it to leave with the slicks.

 

ha got ya by a thousanth..... but the 5mph faster you were running was gonna kill me! haha! I wanna see how bad you beat me in the 1/4 on 5lbs now

oh and its 6# thank you very much.. calcualted its 5# but the dyno thingy said 6# and its suppose to be a 6# spring so...

 

fine ill cut your boost line and loosen up some couplins and then you can run on slicks radials mud tires hell you can run on nikes haha! but imma need to get 2 lentghs and the "hit" ha!
