I ended up gettin a used cluster off a member on here a just put it in...I was kinda nervous about what the gear selector was gonna do and if it would work or not...well sure enough I plugged it in an she's in drive all the time...lol the only thing I dont really like is the fact that it doesnt have a shift light like my original cluster...I had it tuned to turn on when I wanted but its not that big of a deal seeing it was kinda hard to see(just gonna have to get a another shift light)...

I know that a lot of people put these clusters in but the main reason I made this thread was for future reference for people that maybe want to change clusters...I was very skeptical at first seeing no one had done it before(us 5 speed guys are few and far between)...none the less tomorrow I will post pics up of it installed...

hey, I think your trans temp gauge is broken, Way to go with the swap, i've been wanting to do something with my 5 speed truck, and knowing an auto cluster works and looks good is great.

 

lol yep she stay cool as a cucumber I love how its in drive all the time tho...you know in your cluster it just shows the milage so Im not used to seein PRND321 in the bottom...I kinda like it tho...
