guys my buddy found this hood for me.. after talking to the guy with the truck we came to an agreement of trade of his goodhood for my stock hood plus some stock parts he needs to raise his truck back to stock. but im having second thoughts, this isnt the hood ive been looking for but with a deal like this idk if i should let it go.. give me ur opinion please.. ill b looking at hood today at 530.. still undecided if i want it..

I like it. Its different from what I normally see

 

Seen a guy at the track have one on a C3 and it looked good.

 

im going to c it in person today.. taking tools to switch it over and c how it looks on my truck.. dont khow how it will look.. lets hope its looks good.. i feel like its a good deal.. stock hood for this!..

 

It is a good looking hood.

 

I was looking at getting this hood at one time specifically for the scoops that dump into the airbox.

 

let me sugar coat it for you....it looks like CACA!

 

I'm not a huge fan of those hoods... but it won't look bad and that seems like a good deal. Who knows maybe you'll be able to trade it for the hood you really want some day.

 

Those are my least favorite aftermarket hoods... They look pretty terrible IMO. The only ram air hood I've seen that I liked on a truck is the one Gadgetized has.

 

my dad has the same hood....i like it because its functional, your choice man!
