Default Gauge Clusters

WHY won't the '00-'02 120mph Denali and Escalade clusters work in the '99's??

I had heard that it had to do with the SES and airbag lights not functioning correctly.....if that's the only issue I will remove the bulbs from those lights and use the cluster

I'm 100.1% sure the gauges will work just fine, but like you said, the ABS & Airbag lights will be on constantly. They are those little LED lights, so you gotta snap 'em off or cover them up with black tape.

Go for it!

JPcustoms.com sells the Escalade guage programmed for '99 models....price is higher, but no SES light.
