Default Free back window mod!!

Someone broke into my truck! There wasnt anything in it just a stock radio and thats it. The messed up thing is that in the box they crawled over had at least 10 grand in tools and levels in it. All they did in side was break the hinges on the console.
Dose anyone know how to put a new back window in? Any tips will help I kind of want to go with a split window if I can.

Here's an idea with after market alarms - I've done this to my vehicles. Does not cost that much more. Most alarms have impact and motion sensors. A lot of crooks know this and will pry/press the glass till it breaks. Then reach in and steal your property.

You can even get it installed on an existing aftermarket alarm too.

Get an interior glass break microphone/sensor & also add an interior Piezo(?) siren.

The interior siren works well because if they do set off your alarm - it will be hard for them to ignore it. It will be loud and rack their hearing to where it will make them nervous and hopefully just leave.

Viper Responder, I have a lot of money in my truck and it has never been touched. My wifes truck had the radio jacked out of it, and my truck was right next to hers. They never touched my truck. It is scary, because the "good" theives watch you. They know what you have and what it takes to get it. That being said, it is clear that a bunch of punks broke into your truck. GL getting it fixed.

Ya, somebody was stupid. Twice I've had my windows smashed, the second time they left the Sirius radio and a couple hundred bucks cash untouched in the console. Duh. Sorry to see that dude, good luck getting it remedied.
