stylin concepts has them, you can also get a version called fire and ice, which has taillights, brake lights, turning signals, and reverse lights all in one unit but requires a little more wiring because of the reverse activation and what not

mine has all the function but without reverse. I didn't want it because it limits your led count for the red leds.

I smoked my own tails. PPG 41U gm black and PPG clear base, mix them together and get the tint you want and then spray them. Then shoot some clear on them and away you go. Well theres more to it than that but you get it.
