I was expecting a slightly lower range. Not much, just a bit. Figured it be less down there; your house is a lot newer than what's close to me.

 

Thanks guys! We have been just trying to get settled so hopefully a block party soon enough! haha! Its so hard to find a good solid house that has good foundation here. We lucked up and got a great deal with everything we wanted. Ill snap some shots of the inside and all when the boxes are unpacked!

yea haha i get that a lot of the time, we will take the corolla out if its wet or whatever and talk to the high school kids in all the local hangouts and stuff, they start bs talk and i am always like ill go get the truck, they think since im in the corolla that that's all i got haha! but hey its a corolla type S so i ususally just beat up on them with the lil 42 mpg daily!

Spooling is right!!congrats dude, yeah in L.A. a house like that is worth probally half a mil, and most likely not well maintain from outside and inside. Your truck looks good posted up front looks neat!
