about 5 minutes - pop off dash bezel, unscrew 4 cluster screws, unplug old cluster, plug in new.....

I thought the 03/04 clusters were more expensive than the 02's, thats one of the reasons I decided on the 02. Also I'm not sure if thats the total price for s&h and transfer or just for the cluster.
