Default Engine compartment labels.

Anyone know the part numbers (if there are any) or where to get the engine compartment labels/stickers? I'm talking about the ones on the plastic cover on the nose of the truck with the belt routings and such. Thanks in advance!

Sure don't, but I wouldn't mind knowing either. I want to paint my radiator cover and replace the lables. Mine have faded a bit.
