Not sure what wheel/tire combo your brother had to cause his rubbing issues, but I am not experiencing any and I have 20" wheels with 285/50s up front. I can go full lock in both directions and the tire will barely even kiss the rear fender well liner about mid way up, like it barely leaves a smudge on the liner. My wheels are 20x8.5" wide and have a 19MM Offset with 5.5" Back Spacing.

 

That truck looks good! Cleared headlights would go great on it.

Yeah I been trying not to lower mine and I keep failing first it was 0/2 to level it, then 2/4, then 3/5 and now 4/6, but I'm done lowering , I think...lol.
