did you clear coat your tails after tinting them?

just like the title says... i smoked a set of extras i have today, looks like it could use a clear.

not sure..a buddy of mine painted them. But he mixed the black and the clear and sprayed them together.

What did you use to smoke em with? I did mine with a spraycan smoke and then cleared em with dupli color clear.

he paints cars for a living and he had some left over black. so he just sprayed em real quick.

proper way to tint any lense is to mix little bit of black with clear and spray. that VHT crap is junk way of doing it

hah... i used the VHT... it looks a little "flat" i guess... not really the "prettiest", thats why i was thinking about a clear
