So it started as a bone stock 2013 that I bought new with that god awful chrome front end, and I threw on some 05 Esky EXT rims.



Finally just got the bumper and mirror covers color matched and added the Z71 grill. Also got a set of Verde Invictus 20x9 wheels and General Grabber UHP 285/50/20 tires





And last night lowered it 3/6







I'm finally happy with the appearance.

What kit did u use for the drop and how was the install?

 

Yea gm says that chrome is "manly" lol. Looks much better now though and that drop looks good and probobly rides way better than the 4/7 dropped trucks (cough mine cough). BTW i hate chrome.

 

Thanks Jacks. Belltech spindles and struts for the front, went on great. Mcgaughys flip kit for the rear. Seems to have been for a 10 bolt instead of my 14 so took some work to make it fit, total pain in the ***.

 

Thanks man. Yeah, I hate chrome. I thought about 4/7 but our roads are so bad around here I couldn't talk myself into it. But if I change my mind it'll only take 30 mins or so to change.

 

Are you happy with the fit of wheels? How about the quality of the finish?

I'm considering a set of these but haven't really found any decent real-world photos.

I've been very happy with the wheels. Seem well made and no problems at all with the finish. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Verde wheels again.
