Post dash cover

ive noticed in a couple of catalogs a fiberglass dash cover. it comes in either smooth, raised flame, and theres even one with pods for guages.all are paintable, ive got my eye on the smooth one. has anyone in here used one? if so is it a quality product? hows the fit? also... has anyone in here painted their interior, if so what paint did you use. i dont like my blue interior at all, i want to go black.

thanks in advance

i painted my interior peices. i washed them real good with soap and water, then sprayed "bulldog" adhesive promoter, then layed a couple coats of body paint. it doesn't give you the "smooth" look, but i think it still looks good. i've had it for a couple of months now and there is no fading, peeling or ware.
