Default Dark Wheels on Pewter Truck

Now I know everyone is very opinionated on the subject of black/dark wheels. Personally I think they can look great on in combo with the right paint scheme.

I saw a while back a C5 Vette that was pewter with dark gunmetal rims in a 5 spoke pattern. It looked sweet. But it may have just been that it was a vette.

Question is this, anyone have pics of pewter TRUCKS on joe gibbs, AR torq thrust/RT-s or any other dark gunmetal or black wheel?

May look like crap on a pewter truck, but pics would be nice.

I have the grey slate color, and if I were to put bigger wheels on I always wanted the black American Racing RT-S. In my opinion the color combo would only look good slammed or lifted, but not so great with stock suspension.

I am a fan of dark wheels, especially the black American Racing RT-S's. I agree with Out1aw. Black wheels only look good on lowered trucks. I think they look good on pewter trucks but white/black trucks are the best for black wheels, IMO.

pewter as a car color never really works for me as there are not any colors that go with it..

I think Pewter and balck wheels match up pretty good!! It's a neutral color so anything can go with it, just like khaki pants.
