I just bought a set of color matched handles for the doors on my '06, and I am curious as to where to get a tailgate handle bezel. I can get the handle body color through the local dealer I work for, but I am not sure if I can get a bezel through GM. Anyone have a suggestion on where I can get one?

 

depends on what color you want. if they make the SS in that color you can order the bezel for that truck, or you could do like I did, take it off, sand it smooth and get a can of duplicolor and paint it. My truck is light pewter metalic, after a few trys I got the metalic flake in the paint to set right and it looks great

You can get an SS tailgate handle but it won't be smooth. GM just paints over the stock textured plastic and it looks like hell. I had a body shop do mine since there's no way it would look good if I did it.
