Is there any way to clear denali headlights? Well i have heard is harder that then regular Sierra lights Or maybe if there is a way to paint the orange reflector part? Something like that?

It may be possible, ive never heard of anyone that has done it? But, it is also possible that if you open the headlamp to remove the orange reflector the headlamp wont be strongly sealed anymore? That could cause the headlamp to fog up or get water inside, and that isnt a pretty site. Why dont you look for aftermarket headlamps most come with the clear reflector? I have a pair of Denali headlamps on my Sierra and they look extremely great the way the "GENERAL" made them, my 2 cents.

Behind the orange reflector on the Denali projectors is a small hole. If you look on the opposite side of the reflector, there is a rubber tube coming from that hole. I believe it allows air in to prevent any condensation inside the housing.
