Default Cleaned up

Washed my wheels last night finally. McGuiers wheel cleaner and a sponge made things quick. Anyone else take them off to clean em? i always clean the inside. One of em is starting to chip. Is there anything i can do to slow the process or does anyone know about rechroming them incase i need to later.
I'll either ReChrome or just sand em and Powder coat them black.

Here's a pic I took with my Blackberry Pearl.

Much better. Chrome is chipping, peeling? Two choices, call the mfg if they have any warranty or buy a new set because re chroming would end up costing as much as a new set.
Use pure carnuba wax once you have them cleaned up. The carnuba is thick and will protect them as much as possible.

Cool.. I use mcquire's but wasn't sure if it would help the peeling. Its mainly the backside of one and behind the center cap. but there is another on that has small chips in it on the front, like lil pieces of rust. anything i can do about that?

Ya having them re chromed is expensive. I had to check on it when a tire place screwed up one of my new wheels and it was big bux. Much cheaper to buy a new wheel.
