i heard from someone that you can have polished wheels powder coated clear, so you dont have to keep polishing them?????

Well that probably just made my decision, polished it is, then a good coat of clear powder coating, after this summer my truck will not be driven in the winter anymore so Im not concerned about salt and garbage like that anyways, thanks guys!

Just my personal opinion....chrome wheels look cheap and tacky to me. I'd be worried about pitting on chrome wheels too. I've never owned polished wheels, so I can't really say how difficult the maintenance is. However, I don't see the maintenance being too bad with a Mother's Power Ball.

mine are pitting very very slightly, im planning on powder coating mine gloss black later this year
