colored radio controlled car tint and some stiffer plastic mabeye a piece of an old blister pack from a hot wheel etc then just put it on i would put it behind the overlay also..........another thing you coul use i just though of would be use one of the colored overlays for stage lights the sell at music stores ....they are thin tinted peices of plastic

They should carry it at camera stores. I think they're called gels, and they use them for lighting effects. Or if you know some kid thats in the audio/visual crew in high school, I'm sure he could swipe you some.

look up "theatrical supply"
here is a link to a manufacture of theatrical gel.

if you look up a place in the phone book, they will carry somekind of gel, either rosco, or Lee are 2 of the big manufacturers of it. When you go in there, ask to see a "swatch" book and pick a color, the sheets come in a 20 by 24" piece, for under $10
for a nice true blue rosco #80 or #84 is nice. I have some scraps of 84 if you want me to send you a piece. (pm me an address)
