cargo/backup lights

Thanks Thunder,
I guess I'll probably do something similar.
These 06 rear windows are freakin dark.
I live in snow country, so I'll just have to make sure they are protected, since I back into snowbanks all the time to load/unload the sled.
I might tie my cargo lamp to the reverse lights also, for a higher angle light back there.

What about putting some kinda of LED bulbs in there? I know when I went camping I used the cargo lamps to light up the camp ground, they worked really well but they turned off after a certain time and I kept having to go back and turn them on again. A little brighter would be nice.

But do they make it any faster?
I guess I would be doing a favor to the people I beat in a race. They would get to see my beautiful new chevy taillights!
Those tails are spendy, I think I'll blow $25 on some auxillary lights for now... I need a tt2600, injectors, posi, Dry shot... oh yeah, built tranny...
