I am strange when it comes to washing my truck.

Wool mit only, de-ionized water and only the best Adam's Polishes products. Wash from the top down, wheels last (with a different wash mit) Dry with a Microfiber towel, then a quick coat of wax. 2 hours when I do it. .....If I am Lazy, we have a car wash guy that comes to the office....he is actually pretty good as long as you micro manage him.

Hmm I hear alot of guys dont like the Mr Clean Auto dry but that thing has worked the best for me. It never leaves any water spots at all. But then again I change the filter when it turns brown. Are you guys doing the same? I really like it but the only downfall is that it is a little expensive After about four washes I am out of product.

What I have found that when you wash your car you dont clean the whole thing at once. I always do it sections and then throughout always keep the truck wet. This method works great with the Mr clean. And then at the end spray the filtered water.

No body uses a leaf blower to speed up the drying process?

I always use my compressor and hand held leaf blower to dry off the engine after I wash it.

It works well on wheels and mirros and nooks and crannies in the bumper /grille etc..

I like meguirs stuff along with there microfiber wash sponge.
