Thanks. Over 13 months since I originally did them and they still look very good. Not as wet looking as when first done, but still in nice shape.


I know I dislike the "smoked" taillights....more now than ever before. A few weeks ago it was a nice sunny day so I was out on my motorcycle and the guy in front of me had them done pretty dark. I almost rear-ended him due to totally not being able to see any brakelights at all.

Candied, you can still see them, night or day.

Hey Brent...they still look "ok" two years later....not nearly as glossy but still better than stock. Just an FYI. Good luck as it is a nice (cheap) upgrade in looks.

 

Well, cheap is all I can afford! And mine are pretty bad, so it will definitely be an improvement. You could probably wet sand yours a bit and hit them with another coat of clear to "freshen" them up...

Anyone try the VHT stuff earlier in the thread?
