Cancer in my rocker panel

Any one know where i can find a rocker panel? went to my local body guy and he said hes never seen one do that, and said he didnt know of where to find one. any know know where to find one?

any body shop should be able to get them. Up here in the midwest we gets the cancer on those 99-02 trucks a lot, there are replacement panels out there, maybe Keystone?
