OK- I got it; googled around...................

 

Don't think the retrofit grab handle will work, as there is not enough structural support in the A-Pillar to use "nutserts" in the pillar, I don't want you to think the a pillar is weak, I was saying there is no internal bracing for a grab bar in the pillar.
