I agree...I like the black wheels that have the polished aluminum outer edge...like the American Racing 5 spokes. (Although after seeing what happened to tdrumm's ARE's after a few months of storage, I don't think I'll ever buy one of their products unless it's tested, tried and true)

 

I think the storm gray and black combo will clean as heck!

 

I think black wheels are ugly and will prove to be a short-lived fad.

 

I personally like Black wheels, but I have a black truck so I'm a little biased.
With the right combination of chrome on the truck and the rims it would set off your vehicle nicely.
The way I think is why would you want your truck to look like every other modded/color matched/shaved truck out there? Do something a little more original, if you like it who cares what everyone else thinks. Just stay away from cheap crap like stick on hood scoops, stick on stainless stell body accents, and bad flame jobs, you want your ride to to be classy and mean not RONCO!

By the way I have semi-cheap stick on stainless door handle covers, and I would not do it again.

 

I really like the black wheels but I think Jims is right they are a fad..

 

i dont think they are a fad, spinners were a fad, i like them because they give the truck a sporty look and arent as bling bling as chrome.
