I was wondering if anyone knows if any year model chevy/gmc's came with black interiors 99 and up?? the charcoal color just doesnt flow right with my yellow truck to me so i want to do black and yellow interior, since i already have the interior peices painted yellow to match the truck. i'm going to either get katzkin seat covers, or have mine redone, and i know the top part of the dash is just painted and the plastic under is black, but the rest of the platics is what im concerned with. not really wanting to paint them cause i dont want a glossy interior. the plastics i already have painted are enough. any help would be greatly appreciated

 

No black in 99-07 that I've ever seen

 

dying the plastics is your only option for black interior on these trucks if you dont want gloss. I've used SEM dye before, its works really well, but not great for matching existing color.

 

duplicolor plastic paint work well too...i even used it on carpet and fabric...many colors to choose from

 

thanks guys, the carpet ill probably just buy new, it will be a little while before i get around to it cause i wanna get it all done at once, seats, carpet, everything.

 

no black on our trucks. I took my truck to get black carpet and headliner done. painted my dash myself and I still have to do door panels, seats, and center console
