I got mine installed and it looks great. I'm too lazy to take pics and post them so take my word on it. It sure beats the plastic crap. Installation took awhile, gotta drill holes and misc...time consuming.

I just bought one of those grilles today. I had bought one for my 1990 silverado about 2 years ago from summit for around $100 and from the looks of it they look about the same, just different year models. I can't wait to get it in.

Installed the grill tonight. Looks good. The instructions were kinda confusing at first but after READING them it went kinda smooth. No exposed bolts or screws and it lined up pretty good. Ill post a pic tomorrow.

Ok, I got my grill in the mail today, it's the same one off ebay and I was hopin the instructions would be a little more clear on how to uninstall and reinstall the factory grill shell from the truck. how do you get it out? I'm assuming pop the tabs on the black radiator cover and there will be bolts exposed for the back of the grill, but what about the sides by the lights?

Thanks,
Jesse

Take off the black cover. Then there will be a bolt at the top center. Look at the corners of the grill by the lights and you will see a spot to put a philips head screwdriver in , twist and it will unlock. The ends by the lights just have a push tab that you just pull on and it will pop out.
