Back in the day (70's) I had hair over my shoulders and about 6" of beard. Found out that cops tend to take a second or third look at me when I look that way and it freaked me out after a couple of buddies got caught for possession just because the cops took that third look based on their hair/beard.

My goal was to be able to NOT get caught carryin so I cut the hair and the beard and they never gave me a second thought.
