Look at street scene they make them for the '99-02 1500's, the only thing I can see being a problem is that it wont have openings for the tranny cooler, but you could always run some pipes from the ducts on each lower side of the bumper. Im pretty sure the cover will go on with out much of a problem. If you end up doing it id take note of your tranny temps now them after the cover to see if it really made a difference. I think it would look sweet.
