Default bagged on 22's

this is a specific question for 99-06's if you are bagged on 22's. i wanna ditch my 20 inchers for a set of 22's and i have cut out the whole original inner front fenders and mini tubed the bed so i know that i have clearance there but i wanna know if i will hit my brake booster and-or fire wall on a set of 22's i am willing to go low profile 35 series tires? if i am going to have clearance issues and the fire wall will need to be tubbed i am just going to body drop it at the same time, if i dont have clearance issues i am going to BD it later. thanks ahead of time...

Haven't read up about what all you need to cut, but there are a good many bagged guys over on gmfullsize.com You could also pm twankyduece as his truck is bagged on 22s.

If you lay frame you'll hit the brake booster for sure, I think only BD will hit the firewall with a 35 series.

you will hit the firewall pretty much no matter what. but you can slimply grab a bfh and beat the **** out of it until it clears the tires.

whether or not you will hit the booster depends on how wide your wheels are and what backspacing you have
