changed all lights on my 2014 F250 over to Anzo USA - headlites, cab markers, mirror markers, 3rd brake light and tail lights. If you've changed lights you know these things are not cheap!
Initially customer service was good as I has LED probs with the headlights and they sent out new ballast. Then 3 of 5 cab marker LEDs started blinking and working intermittent - said fresh LEDs in mail since before Xmas and so far only circkets.
Now same headlight is acting up again with LED working intermittently and getting serious runaround and no answer to email or calls. This kind of experience really makes the whole industry seem so shady...

 

Finally heard back from ANZO USA late last week. They offered to send me a new set of headlights. Just waiting on their arrival. I ended up emailing the President of the company and got a response from the head of sales.

 

My dad has gone through 3 sets of anzo LED tails...quality is terrible

 

All fixed. They sent me new one's and even paid all the shipping. It was a PITA as retailer I originally dealt with went under, but all worked out.
